Obama, Bush, Clinton to travel to South Africa

Sad Obama 150WASHINGTON (AP) - At least three American presidents will travel to South Africa to attend memorial services for anti-apartheid icon Nelson Mandela, who died Thursday at age 95.

The White House said Friday that President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama would travel to South Africa next week to pay their respects. They will be joined on Air Force One by former President George W. Bush and wife Laura Bush, who “gratefully accepted” the invitation from the Obamas, a Bush spokesman said. SOURCE

It takes a lot to surprise me, I’ve been to three County Fairs and a couple of rodeos in my life and I have seen it ALL at one time or another.

At least I thought so.

The President of the United States is jetting off to Africa to pay his respects to Nelson Mandela and he’s taking Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as George W. and Laura Bush along with him. A sitting President and 2 former Presidents, all going together to honor and show respect for one of the most despicable characters of the 20th century.

I guess being a radical activist, a terrorist and a Communist doesn’t get in the way of honors from all over the world though. Barack Hussein Obama felt such passion for Mandela, and felt that Mandela was so worthy of OUR respect, that he ordered U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff, a story that I covered here: Pickens County sheriff refuses to lower flag for Mandela.

Apparently Barack Hussein Obama loves Nelson Mandela, he almost sounds heartbroken when he speaks of Mandela and his death.

From the original story:

“Like so many around the globe, I cannot fully imagine my own life without the example that Nelson Mandela set,” Obama said Thursday.

Perhaps that can be explained by this next segment, it does appear, at least to me, that Communist birds of a feather do indeed stick together.

Nelson Mandela ‘proven’ to be a member of the Communist Party after decades of denial

The former South African president, who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993, has always denied being a member of the South African branch of the movement, which mounted an armed campaign of guerrilla resistance along with the ANC.

But research by a British historian, Professor Stephen Ellis, has unearthed fresh evidence that during his early years as an activist, Mr. Mandela did hold senior rank in the South African Communist Party, or SACP. He says Mr. Mandela joined the SACP to enlist the help of the Communist superpowers for the ANC’s campaign of armed resistance to white rule.

His book also provides fresh detail on how the ANC’s military wing had bomb-making lessons from the IRA, and intelligence training from the East German Stasi, which it used to carry out brutal interrogations of suspected “spies” at secret prison camps. SOURCE

So, here we have U.S. Presidents, past and present, paying homage to a Communist and a murderer.

Do you know how many of those Presidents, both past and present, traveled to pay homage to Margaret Thatcher, a truly great world leader, when she died?

In London, Margaret Thatcher’s Funeral Brings Out Dignitaries and Protesters

Among the dignitaries attending her funeral at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London were Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip, duke of Edinburgh. Former secretaries of state George Shultz and James Baker, who had worked closely with Thatcher, led the U.S. delegation. Former Vice President Dick Cheney, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, and former House leader Newt Gingrich also paid their respects. SOURCE

That’s right my friends, exactly NONE!

America should be ashamed of itself for allowing a cretin like Barack Hussein Obama to embarrass us in this manner. The entire Liberal Left, and apparently, a goodly number of others should hang their heads in shame for voting, not once, but TWICE for this poser in Chief, this *community organizer* that passes for a President.

And what can you say about Bill and Hillary? They are dirt just like Barack Hussein Obama.

My true disappointment is the fact that George W. and Laura Bush are attending services for Nelson Mandela. I have often wondered exactly where the Bush loyalties were placed, and now I think I know.

That part in the opening of this piece about my being shocked; this is MY shock, George Bush going to Africa for Mandela and NONE of this crew having had the dignity to *be there* for Margaret Thatcher.

Travesty.

As an American, it’s embarrassing that this nation disrespected Lady Thatcher like we did. She was probably the staunchest ally this nation had over the past century. That’s probably why Obama chose to disrespect her and Great Britain.

  2. LD Jackson says:

I can see Obama and the Clintons going, but not George W. Bush. Makes no sense to me.

‘Nelson Mandela was a radical Marxist’
Renowned Christian minister: ‘He tried to destroy us, set his dogs on us’

Nelson Mandela was a radical Marxist and a firm advocate of abortion, pornography, homosexuality and legalizing prostitution, according to a prominent Christian missionary who was summoned to the home of the South African president.

“I’m astounded that so many in the West idolize Mandela and lift him up as a messianic figure because they obviously don’t know what he taught, what he believed or what he did – or his support for some of the most radical Marxist dictatorships on the planet with some of the worst human-rights records, such as the governments of Red China and Cuba,” Hammond declared. “He has supported these dictators wholeheartedly and received them with the greatest honors.”

Hammond said there are many Christians who idolize (the wicked) Mandela because they’ve been given false information about who the man really was.

In 2010, Frontline released a set of two videos titled, “My Meeting with Nelson Mandela,” in which Hammond reveals the true character of the anti-apartheid revolutionary and recalls his visit with him at his home.

Rev. Peter Hammond, founder of Frontline Fellowship and Africa Christian Nation, has worked for nearly 30 years helping persecuted Christians in Africa. As a result of Hammond’s visit with Mandela – in which the missionary laid hands on the president and prayed for him to see abortion for what it really is, the merciless slaughter of innocent human life – Hammond was subjected to a 13-year audit of his organization.

    Sound familiar????

This comment ties into your last post, insofar as “not everyone in Texas in a genius.”

    As in: GW Bush.

If the plane crashes it will be Bush’s fault!

Well, fuck ‘em. I’m not going. Me and John Q Citizen are boycotting that frig’n circus. Let the riff raff presidents go with their entourages. Bet there won’t be a single chevy in those convoys. I’d rather stay home and scratch my ass and pick my nose. More real dignity doing that than paying phony tribute to a damned commie. Sheeyet! Some of those low lifes are the type that get Nobel Prizes. That tells ya all ya gotta know about that shindig of outlaws.

  10. Hgpsurf says:

Thank you, Fred, for bringing up the fact that the big “O” (as in ZERO) did not attend Margaret Thatcher’s funeral. She can rest in peace because it sure would have sucked to have him there. Let’s just be glad he will be out of the country.

  11. wayne says:

Fred, as I understand it, Bush 41 was(is) a member of the Trilateral Commission but Bush 43 wasn’t. Bill Clinton, Dick Cheney were (are). Google the Trilateral Commission and you will see some stuff that will get your hackles up. I don”t know about BO, but birds of a feather, y’know. I will try to find out. August Review has a list of members, I don’t know how current they are. The commission pushes the “New World Order”.

  12. Bunkerville says:

I can’t imagine zero wanting to share the limelight. Bush, go figure.

  13. mrchuck says:

Well I figured out what to do,,,and then did it.
I pulled 3 large pieces of toilet paper off the roll, while doing it,,,,I wrote Obama on one piece, and Mandela on the 2nd piece of tp.
I used them,,,, and then the 3rd normal piece was used.
Ahhhhh, my conscious is now clear and my bum is clean.

  14. BARR says:

This reveals why Mandela is NOT worthy of honor but shame.

    Dismantling the Mandela Myth

Here’s some quotes from the horses patoote…Have a barf bag ready. This is some real lying demented sh*t…

“The cause of communism is the greatest cause in the history of mankind!”
    Nelson Mandela

“There’s one place where (Fidel Castro’s) Cuba stands out head and shoulders above the rest – that is in its love for human rights and liberty!”
    Nelson Mandela

“Communists everywhere fight to destroy capitalist society and to replace it with socialism, where the masses of the common people, irrespective of race or color, will live in complete equality, freedom and happiness. They seek to revolutionize society and are thus called revolutionaries. Those who support capitalism with its class divisions and other evils and who oppose our just struggles to end oppression are called counter revolutionaries.”
    Nelson Mandela

“Under a Communist Party government, South Africa will become a land of milk and honey. Political, economic and social rights will cease to be enjoyed by whites only. They will be shared equally by whites and non-whites. There will be enough land and houses for all. There will be no unemployment, starvation and disease. Workers will earn decent wages; transport will be cheap and education free.”
    Nelson Mandela

“In our own country, the struggles of the oppressed people are guided by the South African Communist Party and inspired by its policies. The aim of the S.A.C.P. is to defeat the Nationalist government and to free the people of South Africa from the evils of racial discrimination and exploitation.”
    Nelson Mandela

“The victory of socialism in the U.S.S.R., in the People’s Republic of China, in Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland and Rumania, where the living conditions of the people were in many respects similar and even worse than ours, proves that we too can achieve this important goal.”
    Nelson Mandela

“[T]he people of Asia and Africa have seen through the slanderous campaign conducted by the USA against the socialist countries. They know that their independence is threatened not by any of the countries in the socialist camp but by the USA, who has surrounded their continent with military bases. The communist bogey is an American stunt to distract the attention of the people of Africa from the real issue facing them, namely, American imperialism.”
    Nelson Mandela

“Long live the Cuban revolution. Long live comrade Fidel Castro … Cuban internationalists have done so much for African independence, freedom and justice. We admire the sacrifices of the Cuban people in maintaining their independence and sovereignty in the face of a vicious imperialist campaign designed to destroy the advances of the Cuban revolution. We too want to control our destiny. … There can be no surrender. It is a case of freedom or death. The Cuban revolution has been a source of inspiration to all freedom-loving people.”
    Nelson Mandela

“If there is a country that has committed unspeakable atrocities in the world, it is the United States of America. They don’t care for human beings.”
    Nelson Mandela

By the way, I did find one quote from Mandela that I really like. I don’t think he meant it. I do. In fact, if he got his wish on this one, the international media’s reporting about Mandela’s death would have been much different.

“A critical, independent and investigative press is the lifeblood of any democracy. The press must be free from state interference. It must have the economic strength to stand up to the blandishments of government officials. It must have sufficient independence from vested interests to be bold and inquiring without fear or favor. It must enjoy the protection of the constitution, so that it can protect our rights as citizens.”
    Nelson Mandela

    Amen to that last one.

You know what they say: Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Now you can clearly see why Mandela is NOT worthy of honor, but shame. Mandela was not only delusional, but evil.
